Cáceres is a municipality in Colombia, located in the subregion of the lower Cauca of the Department of Antioquia. It borders on the North with the Department of Cordoba and the municipality of Caucasia, by the East with the municipalities of Zaragoza and Caucasia, by the South with the municipalities of Anorí and Taraza and by the West with Taraza and the Department of Córdoba. Its header is 230 kilometers from Medellin.

Museum, Church and the House of Monsignor gerardo patino is one of the tourist sites of Cáceres for the religious part where the Museum shows dresses of santa María magdalena.
